Terms of Service

1. About ERALEV

ERALEV is a loyalty portfolio, tracking, and evaluation platform designed to help users organize, understand, and make better use of information relating to loyalty programs, rewards, credit cards, benefits, and travel opportunities.

ERALEV currently provides two primary types of functionality:

Portfolio and Tracking. ERALEV provides a centralized place for users to organize and view information about loyalty programs, rewards, credit cards, benefits, balances, and status. ERALEV may calculate and display progress toward retaining a current loyalty status or reaching a higher status and may provide Insights based on information available to the Service.

Connections. ERALEV currently provides an optional AI-assisted Connections tool that can evaluate information across loyalty programs and rewards entered into ERALEV. Users may ask questions concerning topics such as potential points usage for travel, using or combining rewards toward a particular objective, or maintaining or improving loyalty status.

ERALEV may develop additional functionality in the future, including optional direct connections with certain participating loyalty programs or other third-party services. No such future functionality or connection to any particular provider is guaranteed.

ERALEV is independent and is not a bank, credit-card issuer, airline, hotel company, loyalty program, travel agency, or financial institution.

2. Beta Service

ERALEV is currently offered as a beta service and is under active development and testing.

Features, calculations, reference information, functionality, availability, and results may change as the Service develops.

Because ERALEV is a beta service, errors, omissions, interruptions, incorrect calculations, incomplete information, data-display issues, and other unexpected behavior may occur.

ERALEV does not guarantee that any information, calculation, Insight, Connection, recommendation, estimate, status determination, benefit, deadline, or other result will be accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your particular circumstances.

You acknowledge these limitations when choosing to use the beta Service.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an ERALEV account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not use another person's account without authorization or attempt to gain unauthorized access to ERALEV, another user's information, or ERALEV's systems.

4. Information You Choose to Provide

ERALEV relies substantially on information entered, selected, or confirmed by users.

You determine what eligible information you choose to enter into ERALEV and are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of that information.

This may include:

• loyalty programs;
• points and miles balances;
• loyalty status or tier;
• qualification activity and progress;
• status and benefit expiration dates;
• loyalty membership or account numbers;
• credit cards you hold;
• benefits, certificates, and credits;
• reminders;
• notes; and
• other information you choose to track.

ERALEV does not independently verify all information entered by users.

ERALEV's calculations, displays, Insights, Connections, reminders, and other outputs may depend on information you provide. Information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, omitted, or entered incorrectly may cause ERALEV to provide incomplete or inaccurate results.

ERALEV is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete results caused by information that a user did not provide, failed to update, or entered incorrectly, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You should not enter information ERALEV does not request or information you do not wish to store in the Service.

5. Loyalty Membership Numbers

Providing a loyalty membership or account number is optional for ERALEV's current manual tracking functionality.

If you choose to provide a membership number, ERALEV may store it as part of your loyalty-account information. ERALEV may mask that number when displaying it through normal user-facing portions of the Service.

A loyalty membership number is different from a loyalty-program password or login credential.

ERALEV does not request loyalty-program passwords for its current manual tracking features.

6. Credit-Card Information

ERALEV allows users to identify certain credit-card products they hold so those cards and their relationships to loyalty programs, rewards, benefits, or status can be reflected within the user's portfolio.

ERALEV is not a payment service and is not intended to store sensitive payment-card credentials.

ERALEV does not request or store full credit-card numbers, CVV/security codes, PINs, bank-account numbers, bank login credentials, or credit-card issuer login credentials.

Users should not enter such information into notes, support messages, or other free-text fields.

ERALEV may allow cards to be identified through non-sensitive information such as the card product or a user-selected nickname. ERALEV may introduce other limited identification methods in the future, provided they do not require ERALEV to store a full payment-card number.

7. Portfolio, Status and Insights

ERALEV may organize user-provided information and third-party program reference information to display balances, status, qualification progress, benefits, deadlines, and other portfolio information.

ERALEV may also generate Insights intended to identify potentially useful information, such as approaching deadlines, progress toward retaining or advancing status, potential redemption opportunities, or relationships among programs and products.

These calculations and Insights depend on the information available to ERALEV and may be affected by incomplete or outdated user information, changes to third-party programs, errors, or other factors.

ERALEV does not guarantee that a displayed status, qualification amount, deadline, benefit, potential redemption, or other Insight will match the determination ultimately made by the applicable third-party provider.

8. Connections and AI-Assisted Evaluation

Connections is an optional AI-assisted feature designed to help users evaluate information across the loyalty programs and rewards they have entered into ERALEV.

Users may ask Connections questions concerning potential uses of points or rewards, including:

• trip planning;
• potential uses of points or rewards;
• opportunities to use or combine available resources toward a particular objective;
• loyalty-status maintenance or advancement; and
• relationships among programs, rewards, status, and benefits.

Connections may provide recommendations, potential strategies, comparisons, explanations, or other AI-assisted information.

Connections is currently made available without charge during ERALEV's beta period. ERALEV may change its functionality, availability, eligibility, or pricing in the future.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular user's circumstances.

9. Recommendations, Estimates and Results

ERALEV may provide recommendations, Insights, Connections, estimates, calculations, comparisons, potential strategies, and other automated or AI-assisted information based on information available to ERALEV.

These outputs are intended to assist users in evaluating potential opportunities. They are not guarantees of:

• availability;
• eligibility;
• monetary or redemption value;
• savings;
• award availability;
• successful points transfers;
• status qualification or retention;
• benefit availability;
• travel availability;
• acceptance by a third-party provider; or
• any other particular outcome.

Airlines, hotels, loyalty programs, credit-card issuers, travel providers, and other third parties control their own rules, pricing, award availability, eligibility requirements, benefits, transfer terms, qualification requirements, and fulfillment.

Those terms and circumstances may change without notice and may differ from information available to ERALEV.

You are responsible for evaluating ERALEV's recommendations and deciding whether to act on them.

You should independently verify material information with the applicable third-party provider before making a transfer, redemption, purchase, booking, status-qualification decision, or other commitment.

Actual results may differ from ERALEV's estimates, calculations, recommendations, or other displayed information.

10. Third-Party Program Information

Loyalty-program rules, award pricing, status requirements, benefits, transfer relationships, expiration rules, qualification requirements, and other program terms may change at any time.

ERALEV attempts to provide useful reference information but does not guarantee that third-party program information is complete, current, or error-free.

The official terms, records, balances, determinations, and information maintained by the applicable airline, hotel company, card issuer, loyalty program, or other provider control in the event of a discrepancy.

11. Potential Future Connected Services

ERALEV may in the future offer optional functionality allowing users to connect ERALEV directly with certain participating loyalty programs or other third-party services.

Such functionality is not guaranteed to become available generally or for any particular program.

Availability may depend on APIs, technical capabilities, third-party permissions, commercial arrangements, security requirements, or other factors outside ERALEV's control.

If offered, direct connections will be optional unless clearly disclosed otherwise for a particular future feature.

Before establishing such a connection, users may be asked to provide or authorize additional account-identification information or permissions necessary for the connection.

Applicable information and permissions will be presented when such functionality becomes available.

The presence of a loyalty program, credit-card product, or other provider within ERALEV does not mean that ERALEV currently has, or will obtain, a direct connection with that provider.

12. No Financial, Tax, Legal or Professional Travel Advice

ERALEV provides informational and evaluation tools.

Nothing provided through ERALEV constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

References to potential values, savings, rewards, benefits, travel opportunities, or strategies are estimates or informational evaluations and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

13. Third-Party Services and Independence

ERALEV references third-party companies, loyalty programs, credit-card products, rewards currencies, and services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ERALEV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by those third parties.

Names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Your participation in any third-party program remains governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use ERALEV for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to access another user's information;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• bypass security or access controls;
• probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
• introduce malicious software or harmful code;
• use automated methods to abuse or overload the Service;
• impersonate another person; or
• use ERALEV in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

ERALEV may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, ERALEV, or third parties.

15. Availability and Changes

ERALEV is an evolving beta service.

We may add, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features. We may correct errors, update reference information, change eligibility requirements, or modify how information is calculated or presented.

ERALEV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

16. Free and Future Paid Services

ERALEV currently provides its beta functionality without charge.

ERALEV may offer paid features, plans, subscriptions, or services in the future.

Before charging users for a service, applicable pricing and relevant billing terms will be disclosed.

The availability of a feature without charge during beta testing does not guarantee that the feature will remain free.

17. Intellectual Property

ERALEV's original software, design, branding, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by ERALEV or its applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of ERALEV's intellectual property.

You retain ownership of information you submit to ERALEV. You grant ERALEV the rights reasonably necessary to process that information to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.

18. Account Suspension, Termination and Deletion

You may stop using ERALEV at any time.

You may contact ERALEV to request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, technical operation, or operation of shared or non-personal reference information, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

ERALEV may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERALEV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, including during its beta period.

ERALEV does not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• user-entered or third-party information will be complete or accurate;
• loyalty-program information will always be current;
• calculations will be correct;
• status or qualification information will match a provider's determination;
• an Insight or Connections response will be accurate or complete;
• reward or travel availability will exist when you attempt to act;
• a transfer, redemption, benefit, status opportunity, or other strategy will produce a particular result; or
• an automated or AI-assisted recommendation will be suitable for your circumstances.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERALEV and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, without limitation, losses or adverse outcomes arising from:

• inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, omitted, or incorrectly entered user information;
• beta-service errors or interruptions;
• incorrect calculations or displays;
• expired points, certificates, credits, or benefits;
• missed status qualification or retention;
• changes in loyalty-program or credit-card rules;
• award or travel availability;
• points transfers or redemption decisions;
• third-party actions or determinations;
• automated or AI-assisted information;
• reliance on an ERALEV Insight, Connection, estimate, calculation, recommendation, or potential strategy; or
• a user's decision to act or not act on information presented by ERALEV.

Users remain responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether and how to act.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Changes to These Terms

ERALEV may update these Terms as the Service develops.

When material changes are made, the effective date will be updated and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.

Your continued use of ERALEV after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
